  • When term sheets begin to arrive, we Advocate on your behalf to obtain the most competitive rates, loan-to-value ratios, debt service coverage ratios, amortization periods, and other key terms.

  • We work together to clarify fees, covenants, and prepayment penalties.

Identify Potential Lenders
  • Using our extensive database of banks, credit unions, and private sources, we target lenders that are likely to be interested in providing a loan tailored to your individual needs. 

  • ​We then suggest specific solutions that provide the best fit for your specific situation.

Coordinate the Process
  • We serve as a liaison between you and the lender, attorneys, appraisers, and other parties during the underwriting and closing process.

  • This includes troubleshooting issues as they arise, while ensuring the transaction progresses as smoothly as possible.

Package the Loan
  • The next step includes preparing your loan applications and packages with necessary documentation (e.g., financial statements, rent rolls, valuations, feasibility studies, etc).

  • We then promote your loan package in the best possible light to attract the best possible terms.

  • We review this package with you, and modify as needed.
